Who actually organises the camp?

The non-commercial mountain hiking camp is organised by a voluntary group of men who have been involved in the camp for a long time. In addition, there are two to three people per camp week who are responsible for the organisation on site, i.e. creating shopping lists and doing the shopping, speaking to the group of participants, liaising with the landlords, managing the unforeseen... The main organisers are:

Tasks: Finances and budget, house research, contact with landlords, registration procedure, circular mails

Tasks: Mailing list maintenance, general enquiries, room allocation, hiking options, contact with the weekly organisers, general coordination tasks

Tasks: Maintenance of the website, technical support, programming of the registration procedure, maintenance of the mail programme, support in answering e-mails
